Product charateristics:

Type T is composed of a positive leg(TP) which is pure copper and a negative leg(TN) which is approximately 45% nickle and 55% copper.Type T has a smaller temperature range than other thermocouple grade wires, but it’s often found in electrical generators.


Thermocouple extension wire application field:

The function of the thermocouple to compensate the conductor is to extend the cold end of the thermal electrode, which is connected with the display instrument to form the temperature measurement system.The products are mainly used in various temperature measuring devices, and have been widely used in oil, chemical, metallurgy, power and other departments

Insulation material feature:

Glass fiber is known as a traditional high temperature insulation material because it has excellent incombustibility, heat resistance, electric insulation, and chemical stability. Although single glass fiber is not hygroscopic, bundled cover are somewhat hygroscopic. So, silicon or other resin is impregnated and baked over them to prevent moisture absorption.
